Allen Stuart is the founder and president of TCSI. Allen is a result-oriented, hands-on construction and development professional with 17 years of experience in all facets of the industry. He has a verifiable track record of numerous projects through the development of partnerships and fostering open communication with vendors and clients resulting in the completion of projects, meeting time and budget constraints. He also served in the United States Air Force for eight years, where he was an Avionics Autopilot Specialist on the B1 Bomber before being honorably discharged in 1995.
Allen’s career in the industry began in 1999 when he was hired by Trinity Wireless Services, Inc. in Livonia, MI as a Senior Project Manager, during which time he initiated resolutions to issues concerning all facets of proposals, bringing to fruition telecommunication projects valued in excess of $20MM. Then in 2001, he took a Project Manager position with Spectrum Construction Services, Inc. in Fenton, MI, where he managed and oversaw the training and hiring of numerous projects by supervising crews of up to 20 in-house employees, along with outside contractors including general laborers, tower crews, and civil crews.
In 2010, Allen was hired by Goodman Networks, as a Construction Manager. In this position, he was responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, RF Engineers, Operations Managers, Site Acquisition, and supply chain to complete projects within set timelines. In 2012, Allen was promoted to Project Manager LTE, where he was responsible for rolling out the Long Term Evolution Network (LTE), consisting of 2,500 sites in the company’s Michigan and Indiana markets. Allen was promoted to Senior Manager of Deployment in 2013, where he was responsible for revenue delivery of over $100MM annually, along with organization budgets of over $4MM.
Allen is a highly motivated individual who excels at whatever he does and has been preparing and researching for this venture for the past few years. His strategic planning and execution make him well suited to lead the Company into a position of lasting success.
